Are you in the Beta Zone? Was it the OS pushed out earlier? Or maybe just October's security update...

The October update is reportedly out, according to the security advisory page. Of course, reaching carriers will take time.

This looks like the right size and timing to be the October patch. @OP, you'll probably be on build AAG853 when you're done.

Good to see it is rolling out, though. It will probably take AT&T about a month to get it out if they stay with their previous pattern.

Verizon clients are the most neglected consumers I have ever witnessed. I do pity you all. Meanwhile, I smile and type happily on my Marshmallow driven Priv on the September security update.

AT&T was very timely with the September Security Patch in the event your memory is failing you which it appears is the case.

ATT did release the past couple of updates on time. I had them installed the day it said the patch was released. I hope that they will keep doing that until (hopefully) android nougat comes out too.

What is the Build Number of the update you received from AT&T yesterday? I have not received an update from AT&T since September and you are the only one I've seen post receiving an update from AT&T.

I have AT&T, my last patch was September 6 and the build number is AAG202. Phone "updated" the other day. The only new thing I'm noticing is that the battery is draining quickly and when I checked to see what's running the first item shows the android robot and the number 10164 (that just showed up this morning). Does anyone know what the 10164 is/what it does?

That is an Android app that has not closed properly. This happened to me before on my PRIV

Do a reset holding down the power button with for at least 32 seconds. Simulates a battery pull. After this you should be ok.
