I have one installed. It's actually smoother than the Priv's screen.

The let downs:
- the bottom left part kind of lost its adhesive and dust started to go under the glass protector (plan to let it be until someone comes with a better glass protector)
- if you're using the on screen KB, the letters near the curved edge tends to be harder to select - from my experience, i find myself hitting "a" several times before it registers
