Boot time is not bad after first one. Not sure why it is so bad the first time.

Just timed one from full power off to
    Bug with Shield 55.3 seconds
    ATT chime (58.6 sec)
Swipe up and enter password 66 Seconds.

His took like 3-4 minutes. I don't recall it taking that long
Perhaps it's part of the "first time" boot. After all, it went into the phone's setup.

BB10 takes a long time to boot after an OS reload. All reboots afterwards is about a minute and a half.

It's going to take longer to boot because the OS has to check all the hardware codes. Remember that's part of why this phone is more secure.

They should of made a left swipe for HUB for us BB10 pro users.. obviously it would be a setting to turn on.. OFF by default
Hopefully there will be a Hub widget. We can expand to full screen size and have it set left of the home page. Swipe right and voila.
Not a perfect solution but wouldn't be bad either. Just inaccessible while in other apps. You'd still need to go home first if you're in other apps.

What I saw was someone that apparently has no clue about the Priv as he constantly acted like it: didn't know it has an 18Mpixel camera sensor, doesn't seem to realize that when you first power up any Android smartphone out there the first time after a ffactory reset or pure Out-of-box never condition that it's not going to be screamingly blindingly fast to process everything instantly. No phone is capable of that, none of them.

I had to stop watching, really, I don't see anything useful from someone just acting like it's a slow piece of crap hardware and who doesn't apparently know much of anything about the Priv to begin with.

My opinions, of course, but even so.

Lots of hate for the video. I'm just glad we're getting our privs soon.

Leave it up to AT&T to mess up the packaging of the Priv and add that AT&T logo on the back.. Blah
