How do you set the alert volume for text, email, etc. Can you set different volume to each type? Is there a reminder alert, in case you do not hear the original alert?

Open system settings (swipe down from home screen or look for the app on your home screen).
Open Notifications (yellow bell icon)
Choose the profile you want to configure, for example, Normal.
From there, you will see that you are able to set the volume for the profile as a whole.
Alternatively, select Customize App Notifications.
Select the desired app, for example, Phone.
Enable Override Profile Volume and set the volume as desired.
Continue to do this for as many apps as you'd like.
