but do you have Whatsapp installed on the Priv? Or use it?

Not sure if someone already asked. How does responding to texts in the hub work? An early tester said he was taken into the sms app rather than allowed to compose in the hub itself. Is this still the case?

Well the good part about ring on Verizon is all the bugs should be worked out by FEBRUARY! 《Grumble grumble》

OK what specifically in their are you looking for?
Yes that's been my experience as well. Surprised blackberry hasn't built a sms app for this phone
Lol
True.
My source says Verizon will launch it in early January, also said if it's well received on att and sells they may move that time table up drastically
Yes I do. Tried testing it. Not seeing it work. Asked BlackBerry support and they said a bunch of apps will be supported in next update
Sure, email works from the hub as does twitter, sms opens a different app like messages.
I think it does that on all apps and emails but it's much more noticeable on the sms
Good for Media in portrait mode, but how's the sound in landscape? Is it left and right stereo or only sound from one side?

The Android Device ID.
It's so we can download the BlackBerry APK's from Google Play using it so we can see if they run on other Android devices. I'd like to test them before I buy a Priv.
By any chance do you know what USB OTG is TotalTechVids?

Thanks for the info! Likely to get it when available where I am and at least the expectations are tempered. Need to remind self that not having it integrated in some form of native hub is the norm (I stand corrected otherwise) . being able to do it is a bonus. Just a step back from the pampering we had in OS10...

That won't work. The id is bound to the Google account that it belongs to.
Damn it. They can fetch us the APKs using Chrome and their account, then?
Wireless charging?
Yes, read the review from Bl@ize
