I found an app that can do this pretty well. I added to the left edge the ability to swipe into the hub for example

**** If you want to delete the app you have to go to: Settings-> Security-> Device Administrators-> nav layer and turn it off ****

Navigation Layer is an application which allows you to use several customizable gestures to perform various actions on your device. The application allows you to enable three bands on the edges of the screen (right edge , left edge and bottom edge) , these areas are sensitive to touch and allow you to launch different customizable actions from any app or game you have opened, such as "open latest app closed", or maybe "open your favorite app". You can launch up to 15 different commands fully customizable !

Navigation Layer allows you to use your device in full screen , giving you the freedom to users to hide the virtual keys on the Nexus line or Tablet.

Enjoy full beauty of your screen with Navigation Layer!

Man all what we really need is :

Swipe up to show current running Apps (Tiles view )

Swipe left to show the hub.

And you have 95% of BB10 Gestures

    Ah, if only.

I am liking the Priv, but my main irritation is that I swipe up to unlock, which means I almost always accidentally launch Google Now. I have unsuccessfully looked and looked for a way to change the default center swipe gesture. No luck. 😕
