    Hi all,

Hoping someone here can help me out. I decided to do a factory reset on my Priv. All was well until I signed into my BlackBerry ID to restore my BBM Contacts. They were all gone, as was my custom PIN and stickers.

I've switched devices before and all it took was signing into my BB ID to restore BBM, but I'm wondering if by remaining signed in when I did the factory reset somehow deleted everything my BB ID should have stored?

    Any help is appreciated!

EDIT: Forgot to add a couple of things. I pulled the memory card for the first reset, not sure if that would have an effect though. Also, when I try to update my profile picture, BBM can't find any folders on the device. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted, updated, everything I can thing of to do with BBM, but nothing's worked.

To my knowledge it should not matter that you didn't sign out. All should restore. Maybe sign out and back in and restart the phone as well.

Thanks for the quick response! I have tried signing out/in and restarting the phone, nothing's worked. I'll let it sit overnight, and hope it syncs overnight.

you can no longer switch from Android or iOS BBM back to BB10 BBM. not sure if this is your issue though. also the Android and iOS servers are now separate from BB10 and Enterprise

So, I still haven't heard back from BlackBerry or BBM, but I am wondering if the fact that my custom PIN was purchased through BlackBerry World well before I switched over to PRIV means my BBID was stuck on BB servers? Which means when I wiped the priv and tried to sign back into my BBID it wasn't allowed.

    I REALLY hope I'm wrong.
