Has anyone else ran into this problem??

When i plug in, at work pn my windows - i have no issues accessing my memory card and shifting through to move/delete.

However at home accessing ym macbook, i get a pop-up about my mem card. I choose the 2nd option to be able to view my SD card - but nothing appears. The phone charged but no access.

So i've moved everything off and formatted the card. I plugged it back in - yet there is no icon for the SD card.
When i go into options - storgae/usb - there are no other options to select from . It shows my card but nothing more after that.

in the 3 dots option - there's a note to use as internal storage.

is there anything else/something else that i am missing??

I have no answers for you but am definitely interested in the solution as a new PRIV owner and Mac owner.

Haven't tried to connect to my Mac yet. Still getting the hang of this Android thing...but liking it so far.

It was working with no issue before MM update. I can plug in the phone and like a USB plugged in a notification came up on the screen and sorted.

I tried using the SD adapter and still nothing showed up.

I tried downloading a USB dile from blackberry to help bridge - yet nada.

I've tried the "android transfer" it's decent but not the same.
Not sure if it's bc of update and using mac now
