    Hi.
3 days after the AAF518 MM upgrade and security patch I can say that Priv now is running very well. The only "negative" difference is average temperature of the device: using CPU-Z app I noticed 3-4 celsius degrees hotter than before the upgrade. A little bit heat in std by also; before it was cold. Is it an issue or a better performance of Priv's cpu?

No additional heat on mine that I've noticed. No idea how our usage compares though. I have fairly light to moderate communication activity on any given day.

Yeah none with me as well, the new update now brings more usage time for me to rock my PRIV. I can pack more things throughout the day with relatively same amount of juice left by the end of my day.

I have noticed it getting hotter than before. But it doesn't bother me.

As long as it doesn't burn up like it did at first.

But I don't mind the mild warmness especially when I get much better performance out of it

Is there a way to find and use a specific update? I have AAJ057 and my custom ringtones still don't work =(

You can look around the Autoloader subforum in the Stickies section. You can find archive versions of some of the OS's. But remember it has to be for your model of the Priv. In other words, the Verizon version of an OS could not be loaded on an AT&T Priv. But what you want MAY be there.
