    Third day in on my 'new' Priv, just 'upgraded' from BBZ10. Everything went great but suddenly this morning I can't open email because an alert box popped stating that BB Hub Services needed to be updated. If I get everything stable, I'd love to lock down such "updates" which in some cases are stealing away working software and features. Thanks for any clues or info.

    You simply have to update the BlackBerry apps through Play Store. It is what it is.
