I have recently purchased a P'9982, it is currently running 10.2, which after having a BlackBerry running 10.3 it will just not suffice.

I have attempted to update via link and OTA yet it is telling me that the factory set OS is the most current and upto date.

Any help would be appreciated or I'm returning the phone for a full refund
