While I understand that the general consumer is not the market for this particular phone I do find it somewhat ridiculous for a company in the condition that BlackBerry is in to release a tarted up variant of a phone that resulted in an almost $1 billion write down.

I also realize this thing has been in the pipeline for a while so there was really no getting the crap back in the horse but still it seems like an extremely foolish thing to be doing at this point.
