    wont connect to blackberry desktop for some reason???

    Sign up for beta zone and download Blackberry Desktop 7 beta. The beta Desktop 7 seems to be the only one that works with PB OS2.01.

    I do not run the beta on the DM and it works fine.

    Reboot the PC. Reboot the PB.
    Try a different USB port.

    Yeah, sometimes it happens to me. I just reboot the PC and the PlayBook and it seems to fix the issue. Hope you get this sorted out soon.

    When you plug in the Playbook... some text will come up on the Playbook ... What does it say... If you see text that says files are missing you need to reinstall the device driver software... had similar problem and that solved it.....

    Download DM 7.1 beta. It solved my connection/os detection issue.

    actually i dont like desktop 7.1......
    i prefer to desktop 6.2
    it works pretty well....



    sometimes it does not work ,just reboot your playbook,then , nothing wrong .
