    The OS version on the Playbook is
    When I connect the cable the BB desktop Software goes to the detection of the Playbook but after a few second I am receiving "A problem occurred while attempting to connect to your Blackberry device."
    What can I do to fix the issue?

    Try uninstalling (everything BlackBerry - even use registry cleaner) and reinstalling the Desktop Software.... might try using LINK too.

    Disable all background utilities like Malware/Virus scanners.

    Try different ports and cables.

    Accept that Windows 10 isn't supported and just might not work.
