Is it even technically possible for someone to sideload an unlocked Jellybean player onto the Playbook? I see the BB10 folks that are running the 10.2 leak now have this available to them. It would be awesome if we could get it for the PB. We could side load so many more Android apps/games.

Wondering about this too!

Some 4.2 Android tablets only have 1 gb of RAM so I don't think that's a problem..

That player requires BB10, which doesn't work on the PB. Maybe with root there would be some way to get it running, but as-is, it can't be done unfortunately.

I actually tried. No luck. I didn't try very hard, but I tried the same way on my Playbook as on my phone, it worked on my phone but not the PB. In fact it actually made android apps not work anymore.
