- PB's own, Meridian or Movie-ST player
- OS 2.0
all mp4's go out of sync after a while by a quarter
of sec, worse when subtitles used.
the mp4's are all ffmpeg based encoced and
running for years on all kind of devices normal.
can some of you doing me favour having a closer look at lips
and words after a few minutes of full screen watching?
Damian07-24-12 04:22 AMLike 0 - Last week I watched a few tv shows (admitted: video from torrents) and did not notice sync issues but have seen it in the past a few times. I don't do subtitles all that often so can't comment.07-24-12 03:18 PMLike 0
- cheers for trying,
subtitles seem to be not the problem.
funny thing is when paused and played again
its synchronized for another few minutes.
so its a PB / player issue.
anybody knows a video player for PB with
options of video buffering in the memory
i.e. caching (reading video ahead) settings?
Damian07-25-12 01:35 AMLike 0 - try "Srt Player"
And try to dld the subs from another source. I had a similar prob, but with diff subs file, the prob was solved.
If you want a good one, pm me.

I asked the OP to PM if he wanted a good subtitle site, because i don't know if its legal. Maybe the problems the subs file - it could be...
I don't know nothing about developing, so i'm not promoting my app. If i had one, maybe i would.
And, OP, when you put letters between "" it means something, you know?
"Srt player" is a video and subs player for the PB, available in App World, for free(look at me, trying to help, i must be evil...)
Sorry for your time.
Pedro
