Does anyone know if the rapid charger for the playbook would also work for the Nexus S cell phone. My instinct says no but they both have a microusb port so I thought it might work
The standard PlayBook charger is Micro USB and should work fine for any Micro USB device. It makes more power available than a standard charger, however it does not force the phone to use more power. The phone draws only as much power as the phone decides to. It's possible some model of phone draws more power than it can actually support, but that's clearly a design flaw with the phone. I doubt any reputable device like a Nexus S would have any issues.
