hi guys..
well since i try the new os beta 2.1.0.560, well its time me to uninstall the OS beta and restore back to current OS playbook. i know the method do to is, turn off playbook, connect to PC, then click update right? i did it already. The question is, why when im trying to restore playbook OS using Desktop software, it says : there is no blackberry os update not available? im running version bundle 60.

if im using security wipe on playbook, for sure all wallpaper and other stuff is missing. So how to solve the problem yea?

Try leaving the USB connected and then turn the tablet off and then back on.

Make sure the computer you are connecting to has internet access.

i did already.. the playbook already connected to PC.. the pop up windows appear.. retry or update, when i press update, it prompt enter email address if update available then nothing happen. my PC works fine on internet access... any ideas what happen?

did you wait 24 hrs after you got the 2.1 file?
