Was going to say that Thurask would have it.... http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...rchive-943672/ but he doesn't have it listed.

That said.... even if you got it, unless you have a PlayBook that came with the original OS.... you would not be able to install it. BlackBerry locked out rolling back to older version of the OS, especially ones that could be hacked. If you bought a PlayBook with 2.0.1 or 2.1 installed on it, you would not be able to install 2.0.0 anyway.

However, I did go running down memory lane and try to generate some URLs:

    2.0.0.6149 debrick: http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...203.signed.bar

    1.0.8.6067 debrick: http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...rap.signed.bar

Hi. This is slightly off topic, but I have a Playbook I updated to the latest 2.1.0.1917 OS version. Since I updated I have not been able to use the BB World app to buy any app. I Security Wiped the PB several times, even changed BB ID, and it's still broken. Have you any ideas how to solve this?

As an addendum to my first post, I was very distressed to see that the 2.1.0.1917 update also did NOT include Video Chat, one of the only reasons I keep my Playbook. I had to side-load a copy I found on the web (it works fine). Did my side-loading Video Chat "break" anything you might be aware of? Thanks.

Even if I download the .bar files listed above, how do I use them? I mean how can I load them onto the PB? Thanks.

Not sure about the in-App World issues, but have you tried reloading the OS instead of a security wipe?

Normally that would be done through BlackBerry Desktop Manager, but you might as well just use the autoloader for 2.1.0.1917:

    WiFi PlayBook: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...Flpa2lYdWM1aEE
    LTE/HSPA+ PlayBook: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...3lMbTR5SHhoSVE

Download, extract, run the .exe with your PlayBook plugged in (it will wipe it!), set up again.

===Tried your suggestion. Downloaded wi-fi version (mine) on an XP laptop I have, plugged PB in, ran the .exe, set up the device again and...SAME PROBLEM! Then, just because I'm a sucker for punishment, I did it again and... same problem.
I regret buying the Playbook all those years ago. Liked the video chat and the videos looked great, but the browser and email sucked from the beginning (can't select all in an email program! you gotta be kidding!) and there was SO little else worth using it with. This not being able to use the World store for the ONLY piece of software I want to use on this device breaks the camel's back! Wanna buy a "nice" tablet?

I really wish they would have implemented that as a feature of the Playbook.

Not sure what you are referring to but if it's a PlayBook autoloader you have to download it to a PC and then attach your PlayBook via usb then click on the file. This is a 4 year old thread.

Thanks and you're right it is an old thread but I was trying to follow the directions.

My PB is blinking red light twice and doesn't turn on when I press the power button. I did have the PB connected and ran the software but it is not doing anything which means my PC is recognizing the PB being connected. Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you mean how to bypass setup... try this https://forums.crackberry.com/showth...1#post13672961

But be better off using something more current than a decade old tablet running an OS that never could do all that much.
