I don't have my PB with me at the office, but I also received an update yesterday when I fired it up. No idea about the version number, but I generally keep it up to date so I would be surprised if it was an old update I missed.

Mine is sitting at home. It is either a flash player update or you deleted an app that is being pushed back.

nothing here either......its been a LONG time since they updated the PlayBook...although, its fine the way it is.....yea, it may not have the large app support, but for what it is, its working great
