    playbook lte version - did a factory reset and all i got was the browser back - tried updating OTA - says upto date os - then error cant attach to server.
    i did a back up prior to reset.
    how do i get a clean OS back?

    I just had the exact problem. However I am not using the LTE version. My PM is 32GB.

    While my PB was charging I thought I noticed it reboot itself however I did not think of checking into the anomaly.

    When I went to use the PB I was taken to the installation screen. The PB had done a factory reset on it's own!

    Unfortunately I lost a lot of notes since I've been using the device as a notebook.

    Does anyone know why this happened!?
