    Hi,

I received my PB finally today! I've updated to the last OS and everything is working fine. BUT, I'm missing the Bridge File App. Anyone knows what's going on and how I can get this back to work? Also, my 'Contacts' app is missing.

I gotta say that I've used the app for 3 minutes, went back to my home screen and it was gone. A secure wipe of my PB didn't do the trick.

Yes, my PB and 9780 are bridged.
    Any ideas?

Unpair / delete the pairing from each device.

On Phone > Uninstall Bridge > Reboot >Reinstall Bridge

On Playbook > Reboot after deleting the pairing

This worked for me when that happened and since then it's been perfect. Hope you come right.

I think the secret is not secure wiping the Playbook but instead removing and reinstalling Bridge on the phone.

It didn't do the trick for me. I'm on 1.0.7.2670 and 6.0.0.600. Any ideas?

EDIT: I uploaded a screenshot from my device (1st) and a random Playbook screenshot from Google WITH the Bridge File app (2nd) in the first post.
Also, why am I missing the 'Contacts' app?
Can someone explain what's going on?

Try a PB OS Reload by switching your PB off, connecting your PB to PC, Powering it on, Click update fast.

    that may fix it.

Do you know how or if I can establish a SSL VPN connection with my new playbook? This is the only PCI compliant option with our IT Dept.
