Is it in anyway possible, even if i risk wrecking my PlayBook to get the Google App store on the new update?
no...............
NO, RIM purposely blocked access to the Google App store to "protect" their Blackberry Playbook AppWorld. In addition they locked down the boot-loader- so "rooting" the phone so you can install GooglePlay is no longer possible.
What RIM should do is to allow Google App Store access, and instead focusing on adding VALUE to apps purchased thru "AppWorld" store /market.
EG: Marketing strategy being, hey you can purchase xyz app via GooglePlay, BUT our apps are guaranteed to run CORRECTLY. If you purchase from RIM, apps are certified, they have additional features /more options. Instead they blocked access.
