Hi to all, would you please help me to solve my problem, my BlackBerry play book does not show country in first setup I check it by different Internet source but it did not solve, how I can solve my problem or which os good for me to change mine, I was upgrade to latest version

Which country are you in? I know that there are some countries that haven't been included in the setup.

You may have a problem with your wifi router as well. Try rebooting your router or If you can try the setup using a different router (at a friend's house for example OR some have had good luck at a wifi Hotspot--coffee shop etc).

Is it a wifi or LTE Playbook. I had something similar on my LTE after using an Autoloader. I put a Sim in it and it then had the country list.

For the wifi PlayBooks, there have also been a few people that got the same error and it was related to their router or ISP not identifying the region they are in properly. In a few cases it was one of the ISP in Quebec, Canada. The solution for them was to use a Public wifi in a MacDonalds or Starbucks to complete the setup.

There are also some countries that it will not activate in. I think there was a post from a user in Iraq that had to end up using wifi on a military base to get the activation completed.

It is not a security thing, but there just may not be access to the PlayBook update servers in all countries.
