Is it possible that I get the private keys from the ram or from apps since you need them to run?
Nope, the PB won't have the private key on it, in RAM or anywhere else. Private key is not needed to run apps, that's not how private-public key cryptography works. All you need to decrypt content is the public key.
Plus I don't think apps are encrypted with a "private" key. They're signed with the developer certificates RIM gives to developers (anyone can apply for these certificates, they're free), which aren't really useful for rooting. The key(s) used for encrypting and signing the OS are different, and there is still no way you're going to be able to get those keys. It wouldn't be a particularly effective security measure if you could ;)
Yeah that's not how keys work. You don't need the private key to use the files, just the public one. Public key doesn't help you modify/sign anything.
