Can someone please point me to a tutorial or something to help me convert an android launcher into a .bar file that works on a (rooted) OS2 playbook? I have successfully used apk2bar to convert and even sign my app, but when I sideload it and reboot, I don't see any icon on my homescreen at all. I don't know what's wrong.

I'm trying to take the latest Ice Cream Sandwich launcher (aka Trebuchet) as an .apk and convert to a signed .bar. The other launchers out there available for download don't work well, and are probably pretty old.

Also, how does one change the icon of the .bar file and update the revision of it, for signing purposes? Is one of the SDKs used for that? Thanks!

Trebuchet only works on Android 4.0.1+. The PB virtual machine is Android 2.3. It's not going to work
