followed the steps on the website where you turn off your playbook and turn on DM and plug it in but nothing popping up on my screen about downloading the OS??ive passed the 24 hour mark for sure because its been like 2 weeks now?

Any suggestions here please??

have you tried a security wipe first?

from all my experiences so far using 2.0, upgrading / downgrading, etc... doing a security wipe is recommended before and after upgrading / downgrading when using this beta 2.0

back it up first though, and if you use the restore, try to exclude "settings"

I did not have problem downgrading at all. what i did was

1. secure wipe
2. full shut down
3. ran blackberry desktop
4. connected playbook to pc with usb cable
5. chose upgrade from message that poped out after connecting playbook
6. software downloaded and installed on playbook

Woked for me too, however i needed to tell BDM to forget device first otherwise it sees that it is still on 2.0 version.
