    Hey guys,

    So I can't seem to get the DM to backup my playbook. I uninstalled DM, reinstalled, powercycled the PB, etc.

    It connects and for some reason, the backup now option and device options is greyed out. What gives?

    Just tried mine. OS2 on to a fresh install of Windows 7 64bit no problem at all. Do you have file sharing ON? It's under Storage and Sharing.
