    The problem is that for lte pb's the Carrier is involved.

    I'm not sure if I recall correctly, but I think someone mentioned that getting a sim card from another carrier can work. But I'm not sure if there is an OS of that version for any carrier??????????????????

    thanks when I got my playbook which is a used one the owner told me its unlocked but when I put a sim card its says blocked I don't understand***************and bye the way when I do the os update always unknown error*****please is there a way to know which carrier is my playbook thanks

    I'm sorry but I don't know much of anything about the LTE playbooks.

    Did it come with a sim card? Maybe that would provide a clue. Can you contact the seller?
