    My playbook is still stuck at the stupid Select your country agreement page for the past 2 months. I hope this new O/S will fix that or get past this stupid screen so I can get into the Playbook to use. Crossing my fingers.

    From my understanding, you can still load this over the PB LTE. The difference is only in that it lacks a radio file. Since this is so similar to previous OS, I'm fairly certain the old radio file should still work!

    Not necessarily. The internal status of PB is unknown. Not sure whether they gave the official EOL.
    Only thing we know is that BB10 isn't coming. They never specifically said PB is no longer supported

    Try downloading using chrome extension. OR alternatively use the torrent

    I was able to fix this once but i forgot how...I think it had to do with the router i was on...did you try a different router?
