When I turned mine on this morning it gave me a 3mb update on my beta 2.1.0.560. At first I thought I deleted a core app but didn't.

Not sure what the difference is but it seems snappier.

EDIT: I thought that due to the size of the update it was a full OS upgrade. Oops.

It's not... Just received the same update on my 2.1 beta, rebooted and nothing new yet, no SMS Bridge icon etc. (I know it depends on the Bridge app on your smartphone, just saying )

No your apps will not be deleted.
Just FYI...the beauty of your BBID and App World is that you would never "lose" any app you've purchase or downloaded.

I just finished my 2.0.01.688 and everything seems laggier.
When I try to open AND close apps it's slower than before (when you open/close an app, the icon turns a little darker, but this lasts longer now than previously). And typing lags too.

After doing a second reboot, the lag seems to be gone, and the messages and contacts apps seem snappier than prior to the update.

Version 2.0.1.668, Size 319MB. Downloading now. Very curious to the changes/enhancements, if any. Could only be an update to get all playbooks (4g LTE and original) to the same version. Would be nice if RIM posted the changes.
