Hi, I was hoping someone could give me a hand.

I bought a blackberry playbook because it was cheap (Radio Shack closing store sale-last day) and thought it would be nice for media playing/storage.

The first few days YouTube played nicely, HDMI Youtube out worked as well. Now I am getting a good bit of these error messages, either a puzzle piece showing on a white window or a pop up that says Video Error-Video can not be playing. I have done both a soft reset and a hard reset, and used both the app and the browser, and the error keeps on returning.

Kinda disappointed, coming over from the apple side to see other operating systems.

I would hate to wipe it I already have 40 gigs music on it.

Also turn flash and java script off, close the browser, open it and turn them back on.

Restarting (hard and soft) does not work and neither does turning on and off the flash, java script, and clearing the cache ect.

Well, if you can play Youtube before, and the same video files aren't opening now, that kind of problem is usually related to software issue e.g. bugs... and most of the time, it can be resolved by simply reinstalling the OS... or an upgrade...

Does this issue only occur when you are trying to play Youtube videoa while plugged via HDMI?
