If everyone would be so kind as to post how many of everything they have, and how much space they have left of the however many GB's you bought. That would be greatly appreciated and could help a lot of people when they debate about if the size of the PB is enough for their needs.
Right now on my 16GB PB, I have 73 Apps (including preinstalled apps that are can't be delete without a software update notice), 546songs, 8 movies, 58 pictures, 18 PDF Files, and I still have 4.1GB left.
To check this stuff easily (If you don't know) Go to Options>>About>>General(Switch General to About to get your free app space)

My husband and I each have 32g machines i use ORB to stream video and music from my home computer (from the US into Canada) No problems so far with space requirements
I have a 16gb and it seems more than adequate for me. However I do not store any media files on it. If you have alot of media to add from iTunes you might want to get more memory.
While a few people plan to use the cloud for storage, might want to keep in mind that a 64gb Playbook is a fixed cost. The storage on a cloud would be a variable cost. All things being equal, the larger storage would pay for itself in a short period of time.
I own 16Gb, and the space left is around 3Gb. (Music album, 480p movies, apps, etc).
Currently thinking to upgrade to 64Gb models, but I'm curious, whether bigger size will cause lags compared to the smaller?
If only someone who owns 16Gb PB and 64Gb PB could answer I would be delighted.

The reason why a conventional hard drive 'lags' when getting full is because the heads have to move back and forth across the disk to find the requested information. Flash RAM has no such limitation because there is no head that needs time to travel across the disk, the lookup is almost instantaneous. Size doesn't matter, you could put 1TB of flash in there and the access time would be exactly the same.

Never thought of it! Gosh
Silly me.. Well yeah, I guess you are correct. Still wondering how much a 1TB flash drive would cost though LOL
So the PlayBook should finally be arriving in South Africa during this month. After visiting just about every cell store in Cape Town, I have had 2 stores confirm that we will only be receiving the 16GB to start with. Why? I don't know, I had my heart set on the 64GB. There is no real reason, just really so that should I need the extra space I have it.
So my question is, how much info/data are you able to store on a 16GB, while still making it useable.
Thanks a million. I so want the PlayBook, but don't want to compromise my experience.
