sheet to go xls.... opens and works fine until I try to save more than once, first save works but second on give me this error...An internal error has occurred (121045247) sometime it still saves and most of the time I loose work.

HAD a problem saving files on the Playbook.

ok, Sheets to go and Docs to Go are different versions it seems, one being 97-2004 & the other 97-2008. 2004 doesnt like 2008 and 2008 doesnt like 2004

In looking in the options, devices and apps, I found I had 2 different versions of Docs to Go 2.0005 (105) one which was definately Docs to Go.

I deleted one.

Rebooted the phone and luckily I suppose I deleted the right one, because now I only have Sheets to Go, Work to Go and PDF to go on my phone, which seem to be Docs to Go in seperate icon's. Shows the Premium 2 features available, same version and same reg. key.

I can save from Playbook to the BB9700 and forward the doc files from the phone straight to the computer/printer.


PROBLEM for me was solved doing this.
