Why are my Playbook email drafts stored on device only NOT RECOVERED by restoring to earlier backup?

using BB desktop sw to create backups
important info stored in email drafts on device ONLY
email acct deleted on PB then added back and that wiped drafts and docs
attempt to recover drafts by restoring to time before acct was deleted
drafts were not uploaded and not recovered by restore to earlier time
Also converted BBB v2 b/u file to zip then unzipped to find TAR files
used "ultra file opener" to view TAR file contents
contents of TAR file encryped
I have password but dont know how to use it to extract email drafts
A program or method to extract email drafts is desperately needed

If your using I MAP to connect to your service then your probably getting the folders as they are on the server.

And, if your Playbook's Drafts folder was set to sync, then your drafts should still be on your server
