My playbook touch not response properly, when I use it either touch goes dead or behaves unwanted features and. Apps opens. Pls suggest to resolve the touch issue.

Hard Reboot?
You could do a wipe, or reload the OS..... maybe it is a software glitch?
You might could try replacing the digitizer (or just checking the connections). Youtube has videos on how to do.

You might just have to face the fact that it is getting old.....

I did hard reboot tones of time. If I reload the os, will it install from server! Yeah this is s/w prob.

Just doing a Security Wipe might fix it...

Other wise you'll need a PC with LINK or BlackBerry Desktop and do a FACTORY RESET, or download an Autoloader and run it.

But make sure to do a backup first.


Now too be honest if it is software, there is most likely a single bar file that could be replaced.... but I don't know which one it is. You might take some time searching the PlayBook section to see if anyone else has had this issue.
