Apple (there I said it again) have produced some crap over the last few years, like an unusable handset because the designer incorporated the ariel in the trim but the fix for it was almost immediately.
If you read many of my post you will realise that I'm not normal! On this forum I have collected more points than the redskins did last season but the way Kevin responds to problems is just about the perfect example of customer response that you could wish for. BB need to take Kevins example of how to respond to a customer base. That does not mean I'm a blind lover of everything that happens on this forum and just wish to promote him?, far from it but as far as problem response is concerned in my view he is faultless!
