Right, I changed the title in order to include Windows.

Too bad there is so much noise from unilaterally embattled and technically unaware fanboys.

Well I like the BB Tablet OS just fine.. So no i wouldn't pay..
Anyway paying developers to port Android to Playbook will not cut it.
You will have to again pay RIM to unlock the bootloader otherwise there is no point of a port.. And well i don't see why RIM will want any amount of money to unlock their bootloader.. That will only potentially harm their BB Tablet OS acceptance by the public more..
Or pay developers to crack the bootloader (which i'm guessing won't be easy)

Personally i don't see the point of getting Android ported to Playbook cos i knew what I was getting when i ordered my Playbook and I love it just the way it is

Why would you pay for a solution to downgrade?

my gripes with pb are no sharing options, no messenger like whatsapp so yoj can share pics, files and vids, no way to comment in youtube app, no way to upload a video to youtube, no native twitter with push notifications, add these features and with a bit of polish and bug fixing pb could be back up there with the big boys.
