If you are bragging about your investment skils take into consideration the time value of money.
I'm from Germany near Karlsruhe. I had a BB 8800 from 2008 to 01/2013 and now a Bold 9000 from my company. I bought my Playbook in February 2013. And I love it most for the audio boost when connecting my Sennheiser HD 600. But I cannot choose my own language because audio boost is only available for en/US. :(

I've had a BlackBerry since 2007 (don't remember what version). 2nd phone was a Curve in december '07. My company went through a merger, and that phone helped me a ton. Never would have made it through the conversion without it.
I got my Playbook on day 1 it was released. Had a 9650 at the time. Upgraded to the 9930 once it was released, and I have to say it's probably the best phone i've ever owned (so far) - i've never had any problems with it, it can do everything I want quickly, and my battery lasts atleast 24 hours with typical work usage. I'm the pseudo IT guy for work, and I solve anyone's blackberry question.
It's going to be a long 2 weeks waiting for my Z10.
liverpool, UK here. got my 64gig playbook last sept when they were 129. had done abit of research before hand but being a bb phone user for 6 yrs. the bridging option had me sold. never been out my hand really since day one (as my girlfriend contantly told me so I bought her one for xmas:D)
Illinois USA paired with my 9850.
How many Avitars have you got! Remember I can't read so I only look at the pictures. How will I know it's you if you keep changing your picture?
I got a million of them to keep you on your toes.

But I'll be keeping this one for awhile.
Sorry OP for the derail.
I still remember the Black Lab, if that was the first????
Glad to add to the Chicago ranks!
Had my PB since launch too, even though I reserved a 64gb and settled for a 32gb instead (didn't get to the store fast enough before they sold out of the 64's). Have had the following: 7250i, 8830, 8330, 9630, 9550, 9650, 9800 and 9810. Now patiently waiting for the Z10!
Always get questions about what tablet I'm using and when I say "BlackBerry" I always get this funny 'Huh...' look. If only they knew what this beast was capable of. A co-worker with a Galaxy Tab 10.1 bragged that he got Flash running 'flawlessly'... Told him it was too bad since I'd been enjoying Flash for near 2 years now. Asked him how he enabled it, since it's not native, and he explained how he had to install it, add a plug-in, go into the browser settings to trick it into thinking it was running in Desktop mode, and even then it didn't work on 100% of sites.
Yes it was. I didn't change it until I won a louzatar in the 5K thread.
I'm from northern Minnesota and just got my PlayBook yesterday and just love it!!!! I think the bb bridge is one of the best apps ever. Makes my 9810 feel new again. ;) Now can hardly wait for my new Z10.

Santiago Chile, not many Playbook users over here. Got a bit of problems with mine but still remain loyal.
I'm from the Philippines.
I own a Playbook (for almost 2 years), Curve 8520 and Bold 8520 (for about 3 years).
Hoping to upgrade to Z10 soon!
I'm from Milan, Italy.
I bought my PB on April 2012 and I'm very happy I did it!
I usually pair it with my (quite) old Curve 8900. Just waiting to move to OS 10 on my PB, hopefully this will happen soon.
Happy day to everybody!
Serious melting pot here. Love it!
Keep em coming!
Blackpool in the UK
used BB phones for a number of years now, always been happy with them and they do what I need them to do. I wasn't impressed with first showing of PB but with OS2 it was a different kettle of fish.
As you can probably tell by my mug shot I have always been a black sheep and never have been or will be a sheep that follows the crowd!
South Florida, Playbook owner from about 2 months after launch also have BB Curve 8530 OS5 will be one large leap for man when I get a Z10
Well I am from asmall town about 30 miles north west of Belfast, Northern Ireland. I have been using my playbook 64GB since xmas 2011 when the price was first reduced. A few months later I persuaded my parents to get one and and also a work colleague. I know use mine with the bluetooth keyboard and also music gateway. As for BB phones I have been using them as company phones since about 2006 and got a Z10 on the launch date for myself and currently trying to get work let me use it for business use as it is so much better than my 8520 apart from I can currently use Bridge. Best purchase I have made but also as someone else mentioned I have found I have used it less for browsing since I got the Z10.
Atlanta, GA here. Own a 9800, waiting to upgrade my phone. Hoping I'll be able to walk in the store and grab one next Saturday. I've owned my playbook for a year. I just bought my replacement unit since my first died on me.
From Waterdown, Ontario...Playbook owner, was a Torch owner, but now I'm a VERY proud Z10 owner. Girlfriend also has a Playbook, so do my parents in Burlington.
Baton Rouge, LA. First PlayBook was a 32 gb purchased from Amazon, actually above market price (had Amazon credits). Paired initially with a Storm 2 (work issued) and I was really happy with both. So happy in fact I bought another 32gb and a 64 gb PB when the prices dropped . On top of that, when my Storm 2 broke my PB convinced me to stay with BB and I replaced it with a 9850 even though the company started issuing iphones to those who wanted to switch. Hoping they'll get me a Z10 next!
Belfast, Ireland.
We're a 5 - 64gb PB family.
Off topic, but the bridge contains much fewer features - no Memo, email, calendar, etc in the z10. Whether it will be "fixed" or restored is open to question.
