Where have the page headings gone, namely: All, Favorites, Media BlackBerry Bridge etc? or am I not doing something?

They have been vanquished with the new user interface and the availability of user-created folders.

( i am answering since there was no clear given answer given so that it may help someone who sifts through this one day)

yea simply tap and hold down an icon in the app tray for a few seconds until the icons start to pulsate, you can now tap and drag an icon either onto another one(to create a folder) or to the sides in order to create another "heading".
