I hope to just see a few bug fixes in the browser and android player. Everything runs fast and great just the odd crash.

I do hope they constantly leaked their OS just like what its available on the BB Phones and it would be great if they can update the OS offline

Otherwise, slow download on the first few days.

Isn't it kinda odd that BB OS builds get leaked all the time, but never PB OS?

It'll here be tomorrow night. Here's something you can watch to hold you over in the meantime. It's about 6 minutes long, but well worth it. Not trying to draw any parallels, but it's just plain funny.

So who has the best time-stretching abilities, RIM or Valve?

Man, this update better bring some punch, if it just changes the color of the yellow star for bookmarks or something like that, people are going to go insane.

No. The phone updates are distributed to tons of carriers and have many places to leak from. RIM controls the PB updates and it would be trivial to track down a leak and fire or sue the employee. That's why we don't see PB leaks :-)

I hope they add whats missing from the YouTube app in the upcoming update like the ability to view my videos, subscription, ect. Also the ability to move around your bookmarks however you want which shoulda been already there from the start.

The update will be released when RIM feel the need to beta-test a few things for BB10.

too be honest i am with most here . i dont care about adding languages or new cool apps right now .. i just want a maintanace update. .. I just want what is suppose to work .. to work .. so it is far less embarasing for me when I try to show my friends my playbook and they laugh when it constantly freezes on web pages, crashes , or generally doesnt do what it is supposed to do .. is that so much to ask after laying out good money for a product ?

Heh...same with me. I've had such embarrassing encounters. Mainly, though it has been the UI not recognizing a swipe. But the browser does crash on certain websites and the BB AppStore frequently pops up an error message.

You know by the time the next update is released, it'll be big enough to be labeled 3.0.

I wish they would use Blackberry Beta Zone to "leak" beta builds.

Same, the random crashes are creeping me out. Also maybe a fix for having the screen unlock when you swipe it (as opposed to pressing the power button).
