    I was trying to purchase and app and it wouldn't let me! It said "There were problems completing this purchase. Please try again or visit blackberry app world support for more information. (error Id: 11200)" error my a**! There always something up with this playbook. And I checked the Blackberry app world support and it didn't help at all. -sad face, help me

    P.s I have OS 2.1

    Back up your Playbook and security wipe. I had a similar problem after using a proxy to add additional apps.

    You need to refresh your BlackBerry ID login and password in App World. No need for a security wipe.

    Back up your Playbook and security wipe. I had a similar problem after using a proxy to add additional apps.
    I can't back up because I have OS 2.1, and you can't back up on 2.1 .

    How long have you had your PB? After a year, my Paypal authorization for AppWorld expired and I had to OK it again. Not sure if it was the same error, but something similar.

    I've had it since December 2011. And I don't use PayPal to purchase it, I use a visa. I've checked my card, has not expired yet.
