Received a Blackberry Bold 9900 & PlayBook 32GB WIFI as a gift yesterday in sealed boxes. Don't have a need for the PlayBook so have left it sealed as I have an Leveno ThinkPad X201 Ultraportable Tablet PC with touchscreen and penenabled 12.1 inch screen. So realistically how much should I put the sealed PlayBook 32GB in box with whatever the box contains on eBay for?

32GB sealed has been going for 300 and up on eBay... When Black Friday comes the prices for a 32GB will be down to 250ish.. Best Buy and Staples have just put out flyers.

Black Friday is the day after the US Holiday November 24th... so price won't be 249 till November 25th.... best to look on the eBay from your country to make a better judgement.

on eBay AU,
- $604 for a PlayBook 64GB
- $360 for a PlayBook 16GB

so I guess I should put it at something in-between those two prices?

you may be better off selling it on craigslist as you should take into account the ebay and paypal fees (about 12-15%) and shipping cost. plus, you can always run into a shi11y buyer on ebay who will ruin your rating or will want to return the playbook (after opening it). and it doesn't really matter whether you put "no returns accepted" in your ebay listing. the ebay policies will prevail and they only protect the buyer.

sell it locally. have the buyer commit to buying (better take the money first). then open it to show everything is in working order unless he/she wants to keep it sealed. in that case, tell him/her you are not responsible for the content.

only staples will have the 32gb for the 249. I haven't seen the bestbuy sale online in the ads. dont even see a spot in the catalog for the playbook. wish more than 1 place had the pb so the staples lines wouldn't be as long.

I just purchased a Playbook on Saturday (11-19-11) from Staples in Canada for $299.00 for the 16gb one. If you want to get anything more price wise for it, I would wait until the prices go back up. $199 16gb, $299 32gb, and $399 I think for the 64gb one. I hear that the discount is only temporary and prices should go back up again. The only place that I have seen so far that ISN'T offering the discounts at this time is The Source in Canada, but they are offering a $300 gift card in place. Just something to think about in your quest to get the most from your Playbook.
