What's the BEST notepad style app for he PlayBook?

I'm sorry if this thread is a duplicate of something posted before but I need help now.

When I'm working on my Mac or Windows machines I always have wordpad or notepad open for easy notation of anything that might come to mind. I don't want to have to use Docs to Go every time I want to jot down some notes & I use Groovy Notes for meetings only.

I need suggestions on what the best Native app would be. I Don't use a BlackBerry phone and don't want an Android app. Please help me out.

I use Groovy Notes, it's works fine for me.

I also use groovy notes...and now you can also attach files. is very good

BluePad is a nice app, free, unfortunately no spell checker.

Has Bluepad been upgraded at all? I think it was an early app.

I don't think so, it's not been updated since I've been using it, it was from one of your post that I found out about it, so thanks, I really like the app, I just wish the spell checker could be used, coincidentally yesterday I did send the developer an email asking if this feature could be added, so I,m hoping for the best, if the developer shows some interest in improving the app the next thing I'll ask for is better file browsing capabilities.

I've still not found exactly the type of TXT editing app I'd like. But I'm not sure I even know what that would be. Spell check would be nice, large font (adjustable), search and EASY copy/cut/paste.

I use Corkboard (yellow sticky notes) for simple small daily notes & reminders.
I also use Hello Note for daily notes.

Both are native and free.
No advanced features (fonts, search, etc.)
Simple to use

Groovy Notes all the way :D

NoteScribble is great for quickies. Easier to navigate than Corkboard, also.

I have recently downloaded Color Notes 10.
I like that it works well in portrait mode as it is easy to type.
I like that it has predictive text
I like that the developer focused on a nice UI
I like that it is simple
I like the sorting features, status, priority and color - if you like or you can just take notes.
There is a free version to try before you buy.

I use Groovynotes for board meetings, but am waiting for Evernote.
