No doom and gloom in this thread. I'm pretty sure this will be available April first (right PK?). I know I probably won't even make it home before I use my Playbook. I'll probably drive to the nearest Starbucks, find a person with an iPad, plop down next to them, turn the volume all the way up and look at an amazing horse.

Just don't sit next to me and my Xoom, you will be taking your toy back to exchange it.

im going to wrap that screen with a screen protector......then quitely weep of joy, followed by mad rant to my co-worker (an apple fanboi) that the playbook does exsist. lol also normal stuff lol hdmi output any and all apps that i can download, try some online banking and just ENJOY the full web experiance ! accompained by some more weeping lol
I'm just going to browse through every aspect of the device and then personalize it with my own wallpaper, pictures, music and download whatever I can. Then I'll spend the night using it rather than my perfectly capable PC
On my way home from the store I'll play Need For Speed and Tetris, browse through the apps (app world and pre-installed), test out the camera and video camera, and bring my computer along to transfer some HD movies over while I'm doing all this, and watch them (I'll need to get HD movies first though, I only have around 20 movies that are better resolution than my Torch's screen, but they're copyrighted so I can't make a computer copy...). Once I get home from the store, I'll probably try out Need For Speed on an HDTV and see how that works, then I don't know what I'll do...

1.) Maybe tear up, hug the UPS guy
2.) Scream like a little girl as i rush to find scissors
3.) Fumble as i open the box, then pause and slowly lift the PlayBook out like i just opened a treasure chest
4.) Giddily turn it on as i fumble through the safety manuals and throw them away
5.) Follow the instructions on the screen and act like i'm holding my new baby on the couch and do everything it can do
6.) look up at the clock and realize it's 3am already
7.) go to sleep, as i place it on the rapid charge dock maybe in my bed, maybe right next to it.
8.) wake up and repeat steps 5-7
