Yes, that's true due to eating Buttermilk-Basil Sorbet! Actually, this is the first time I'm making it - we shall see. If it works on tomorrow night's guests, I will make it again for "Night Out" which is the community get-together in huge block parties.

Native Camera app. And through the miracle of wifi-sharing, the pb is still downstairs so I copied them to my computer and then posted them here.

I should mention to US folks, I purchased the ICE at Whole Foods. I probably could have bought gallons of ice cream for the price of just the ice!

Oh, I hear the dastardly machine starting to lag, meaning the churning is nearly over.

I would have used Advanced Camera to time-lapse it but my kitchen is constrained and a tripod would have tipped the balance!

It is very fresh tasting. But it is definitely more "sorbet" and not as smooth as ice cream. I like it - only licking the dasher and a small spoon full.

But come on, other people are suppose to furnish photos, too.

I don't think it is legal quite YET. Still a few more months. Right now they are stuggling over HASH and what rules and quantities to apply to it.

And, maybe it's the SUGAR high but I don't recall our prior conversation on this subject.
