I took advantage of the current pricing and bought a new 64GB PB from BestBuy. It arrived today and I love it. Now the question is what do I do with the PB16 that I have had since June? My wife doesn't want it (not into tech), and I am unlikely to use it anymore.

Set it aside as a "spare" in case (heaven forbid!) you should ever have to have repair done on your 64 gb. I just finished reading a thread about someone having to return his for repair and it got me to thinking! When my 64 gb arrives (hopefully) next week I'll be in the same boat as you. I told my husband that he could use it, but he's not very techy, so it will probably just be my spare that I use as an alarm clock/music player in the meantime.
Buy a Hip Street Leather Portfolio Case with Bluetooth Keyboard and set up the 16GB BlackBerry PlayBook as an Internet-connected kiosk on a small table for guests to your home. When not in use the tablet could be used as a digital photo frame.
Maybe the priest at your church could use the tablet as another evangelic-type member of The CrackBerry Nation does each Sunday. Hey, where is my halo?
I would wait until OS 2.0 is released next month, upgrade it, and then sell it. I think it will be worth more once OS 2.0 is installed on it.
The biggest drawback to waiting is that Apple will likely release the iPad 3 in March and prices of the iPad 2 will drop and cause the Playbook prices to drop further.
