That store is absolutely terrible. I tried to go in to get a PB at launch and couldnt even find one in their tiny excuse for a tablet section. The staff was especially uninterested in helping, even by Best Buy standards. But mostly I dont get why that place is so small... they should call it Best Buy Express or something.. The one in Fayetteville is worth the extra 20 min..
Best Buy is closing and downsizing a fair amount of stores. Not sure how small that store really is but that might be a reason.
