Android apps are in app world. No access to the android market was ever promised by RIM; so the answer to your question is YOU.

Please post any video, press release, tweet, etc... from RIM that ever said you would get access to Android market? The android apps are in App world, they are mixed in with the other apps. There is no way to tell a difference until you download them and install it.
