I have also managed to take a couple of screendumps from my PB, and I've no idea how I did it lol.
You take a screen capture by pressing the volume up and down button at the same time.

You should be ok in May.
May, huh. What's fun is all of you folks taking pictures of the snow just outside your doors while I had to drive 60 miles to get to mine yesterday. Well, there was snow closer but the place I skied was a bit further. The snow was evident at about 29 miles but a bit above highway level. From out snow depth statistics, we will be hiking on snow into July and possibly Aug - 150% of normal.

    Cream of Garlic Soup

This is the hardest part- cooking down 2 cups of garlic and 2 lbs of onion

Looking more like soup. You're supposed to puree and strain it, but we go country style and leave the chunks

Garnished with a little Habanero cheddar to give it an extra kick it didn't need:

    TWO CUPS?

Would you mind sharing the recipe? What cuisine? Anti-Vampire?

This is almost the same as the one I use:

I don't get too fancy on the herbs. Definitely something you don't want to eat if you're going to be in close quarters with someone. I just had that small bowl last night and I can still taste/feel garlic in me.

Pureeing and straining might help with that a little. We've also tried it with a can of white-meat chicken to add some protein. Also makes an interesting base to cook with.

I'm going to count yesterday as part of the weekend, since it was a long holiday one, sorta.

Out with the old, in with the new. Thanks to nana and papa for the replacement.

Yeah, it was showing its age from years in the elements. We replaced the safety net once but it never seemed as good as the original. They've been using it for a while without it with no incidents. They know it is their neck they're risking. But once the connector rings on the trampoline itself started to rip, it wasn't worth trying to find the right replacement parts.

I know massive head trauma can be a good learning experience, but I'd rather teach them more important things and still let them have some fun...
